On 1st March – Dr Mikael Sodergren will be skiing for Sapphire Foundation as he takes on his first ever cross country skiing race – having never attempted cross-country skiing before this year.
But Vasaloppet isn’t just any ski race, it is the worlds biggest ski race! Mikael will ski 90km’s across central Sweden to raise money for The Sapphire Medical Foundation.
Sapphire Medical Foundation’s mission is to reduce the financial barriers of access to medical cannabis. It was founded to aid in the financial difficulties that can affect individuals who are unable to afford the costs associated with medical cannabis prescriptions.
